Yonglang has 5 standard workshops equipped with welding manipulators, large-scale cutting machines, CNC pipe bending machines, steel sheet shearer, steel sheet punching machine, large-scale auto cutting machine and large-scale high accuracy carving machines, etc. The galvanized pipe production line adopts the enclosed roll coating and spray coating crafts.

Plastic coating workshop
The decks and stairs come with PVC dip coating. General iron components are covered with cotton cloth and plastic film or EPE foam and plastic film. The plastic components are covered with air bubble film and plastic film. Additional protection is introduced to prevent the easily scratched areas during the delivery.

PE board processing workshop
The HDPE board is carved here for the vivid images of plants, animals, numbers and letters in it.

Baking finish workshop
The soldered iron components are treated by the sandblasting machine. Then they are subjected to the baking finish.

Sheet metal processing workshop
It is where the decks and stairs are manufactured.

Welding workshop
The 1^st floor is for point welding, while the 2nd floor is for the full welding.
