Technique Description

Plastic
Material
The linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) from SK Group features aging resistance. The added pigments are from BASF, imported form England. We provide ten-year fade resistance warranty for the plastic components.

Processing and features
The rotational moulding technique is adopted. Thus the plastic component have more advantages:
1). The shape is more precise and accurate, and has more similarity to the mould. So the product is more vivid.
2). Wilder component size range is allowed, so it can produce larger equipment. Components with different sizes, types can be produced at the same time. Therefore, it is more efficient.
3). The coloring is easier-add the pigment and you get the color exactly you wanted.
4). Stable thickness of the wall and thicker corners, which keep a good balance between the cost and strength;

Steel
Material
We use 1) galvanized steel pipes (¢19, ¢25, ¢32,¢38, ¢42, ¢48, ¢60, ¢76, ¢89, ¢114, ¢140, etc.) for handrails and other accessories, 2) Q235 galvanized steel sheet (t = 2.0) with a thickness of 2.0 mm for decks, and 3) galvanized steel sheet (t = 3.0~5.0) for connecting steel sheet.

Flowsheet
Decks: material cutting---surface shaping (hole punching, chamfering) ---stereo shaping (bending)---CO2 welding---abrasive blasting---baking paint/plastic coating---packaging
Pipes: material cutting/bending---CO2 welding--- abrasive blasting---zinc spraying---baking paint

Processing and features
The steel treated with abrasive blasting, hot zinc spraying and plastic paint spraying achieves better corrosion resistance performance which will protect the steel from rusting within 10 years.

Specifically, the abrasive blasting is conducted with large-scale abrasive blasting equipment with high processing capacity. The surface of the steel is thus granted with strengthened adhesive property.

Hot zinc spraying is an effective method for the coating of steel components. Zinc is melted at a temperature as high as 5000℃ heated by electric arc. Then zinc atomization created by compressed air flow was sprayed to the surface of the target component which is also heated to a high temperature. The zinc could reach 0.3-0.5 mm into the component. Due to such a treatment, amazing performance is acquired—the protection effect lasts for more than 20 years only if the components are free from chemical corrosions.

Wood
Material
Yellow birch wood (size: 120×120, 100×100, 30×60, 60×60, 25×80 mm) with no insect hole, mildew or scar is chosen for the wooden products. All the wood is in accordance with ISO 3349-1975 and ISO 3130-1975. Besides, a moisture content of about 8%-13% is required according to the national standards.

Flowsheet
Preservative treatment: sawing---loading wood on the cart---opening the container---pushing the cart onto the track---pushing the cart into the container---closing the container---vacuuming---sucking preservative solution---adding preservative solution---rising the air pressure--- pressure relief ---preservative solution retrieving---vacuuming--- pressure relief ---opening the container (after the complete of the pressure relief)---retrieving the cart---testing(A total of 30 days are needed for the steps above)

Component processing: material cutting---perforating, trough carving, components assembling---adding putty(three times), priming paint, polishing(three times)---out layer painting

Processing and features
The wood was initially treated with alkaline copper quaternary (ACQ), a kind of preservative solution. The treated wood is tough, light, good-looking and suitable for processing. Its service life could reach 50 years under normal maintenance. The corrosion caused by fungus, termite and insect can be effectively prevented.
Then wooden components are coated with putty (HG/T 2240-2012) and polyurethane paint that in accordance with HG/T 2240-2012 and GB/T 9271-2008.

Frame and Iron component for wood product
Material. The frames are produced with steel pipe with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm and diameter of 48, 32 and 25 mm. The iron components are made of steel pipes with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm and diameter of 60, 48, 38, 32 and 25 mm. The connecting steel sheet is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 3-4 mm.

Processing and features
Argon arc welding technique and CO2 welding machine are adopted for the welding process. After deoiling, phosphorization and shot blasting, the components are painted with eco-friendly polyester powder coating from Dupont while the spraying machine controlled by computer is imported from America. Solidified at high temperature, the surface thus becomes smooth, UV resistant, bright in color and difficult to peel off.

Rope and net
Material. The rope and net we used are just the same as those used on the ships. The diameter is 16 mm. The core is plastic tube covered chrome plated steel wires.
